In-House Lab Diagnostics

There are numerous health issues that can develop that we can't immediately see. Our house diagnostics include bloodwork, urinalysis, and radiographs that help us determine the underlying problem with your pet.

We do offer ultrasounds, which are images made in real time checking the abdomen and heart, thru a traveling ultrasound group.

We perform pre-anesthetic bloodwork for all pets before scheduling the surgery.

Spay & Neuter

Spay and Neuter help your pets live a healthy life and keep the population of unwanted pets down. We offer spay and neuter for cats and dogs. We check pre-anesthetic bloodwork before scheduling the procedure to ensure all organs are functioning properly. All pets will go home with pain medication to ensure a comfortable time after surgery.

Dentistry

Dentistry is one of the best ways to continue a long healthy life for your pet. A dental cleaning includes scaling and polishing of the teeth, evaluating the teeth for any extractions that might be needed, and performing the needed extractions. Pets need to be anesthetized for a proper dental cleaning, we will perform pre-anesthetic bloodwork before scheduling a dental cleaning. At your pets annual visit, our Doctors will evaluate your pets teeth to see if a dental cleaning is recommended.

Microchips

Peachtree City Animal Clinic we highly recommend having a microchip done on your pet. Microchips are a permanent pet identification that is placed in the skin between the shoulder blades. It is safe and simple way to identify pets when they are lost.

We recommend micro chipping when pets are at the clinic for spay or neuter but they can be placed at any time. The owner is to register the microchip, so if your pet is found, you can be contacted.Many pets have been reunited with their owners by their microchips.

Pharmacy

We dispense most prescription medications in house to help with getting your pet the refills they need quickly. You can call the clinic ahead for refills. Please allow 24 hours for refills to be done so our team can check medications and get everything filled before your arrival.

We are able to have compound medications as needed. Please call 7 days in advance to make sure medications will be ready before you need the refill.
